PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running toy with an implement which has the implement incorporated integrally. SOLUTION: An ink refill is provided inside the main body so that it is movable in the longitudinal direction, while an opening for making a penpoint projected and retracted with the longitudinal movement of the ink refill is provided in the front or rear end of the main body. The main body is provided with an operating means which makes the ink refill projected from the opening by moving the ink refill at a prescribed position toward the opening side, an engaging means which engages the ink refill in a state of the penpoint being projected from the opening and also enables artificial cancellation of the engagement, an ink refill returning means which makes the ink refill return to the prescribed position, a wheel grounding obstruction means which projects to the underside of the main body from the original position with the motion of the ink refill by the operating means and obstructs simultaneous grounding of the front and rear wheels, and a projecting member returning means which returns the wheel grounding obstruction means to the original position and allows the simultaneous grounding of the front and rear wheels.
