PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method of a fiber mixed semi-plasticized body constituted so as to prevent not only the breaking of piano wires but also the entanglement of fibers with the piano wires when the fiber mixed semi-plasticized body is cut by the piano wires, in a manufacturing method of a fiber mixed lightweight aerated concrete panel. SOLUTION: Piano wires 2 are mounted on a pair of unwinding and winding rolls 3 provided so as to hold the fiber mixed semi-plasticized body 1 and the piano wires 2 arranged in the direction crossing the moving direction of the fiber mixed semi-plasticized body 1 are allowed to travel in one direction while moving the fiber mixed semi-plasticized body 1 in a predetermined direction to cut the fiber mixed semi-plasticized body 1. The ratio of the traveling speed of the piano wires 2 to the moving speed of the semi-plasticized body 1 (speed ratio) is preferably set to 1.5 or above. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
