<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damaging upon incorporation of a suction characteristic configuration unit formed on a core, thereby improving the incorporating workability of a solenoid. <P>SOLUTION: The suction characteristic configuration unit 31 determining suction characteristics is formed on the core 15 consisting of a magnetic material for sucking a plunger 18. Then a covering unit 40 formed of the complement configuration of the suction characteristic configuration unit 31 is formed on an intermediate ring 25, for effecting magnetic shield between the core 15 and an inner tube (inside yoke unit) to contact the suction characteristic configuration unit 31 closely with the covering unit 40 and sinter them integrally. The integrated sintered body of the core 15 and the intermediate ring 25 is inserted into the inner circumference of an electromagnetic coil 17 to obtain a constitution wherein the end face of cylindrical part 24 of an inner cylinder 16 is abutted against the end face of the intermediate ring 25. As a result, the suction characteristic configuration unit 31 can be protected by the covering unit 40 when the core 15 and the intermediate ring 25 are inserted into the inner circumference of the electromagnetic coil 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
