PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency and low-loss voltage converting circuit achieved by a simple circuit constitution. SOLUTION: In the converting circuit 1 provided with a transformer T1 having a coil L11 disposed on the primary side and coils L21, L22 disposed on the secondary side and connected in series, and turning on/off a voltage supplied to the coil L11 by a FET 1, a cathode terminal of a diode D1 is connected to one end of the coil L21, a cathode terminal of a diode D2 is connected to one end of the coil L22, and an output terminal 13 is connected to a connection between the coils L21 and L22. A switching signal generating circuit 10 detects an output voltage from the output terminal 13, and outputs a pulse voltage having a period in proportion to the output voltage.
