PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing method, information processing program, and information processing apparatus, in which an appropriate and uniform service (without variations by individual) can be provided, regardless of who, other than an original person in charge, is on the line. SOLUTION: If another staff member B answers, on a telephone set on his own seat, a telephone call destined to a staff member A who is leaving his seat, the person who has made that telephone call, the person to whom that call is directed, how to deal with the call, and the like are indicated on a display of a PC near the relevant telephone set (of a PC ordinarily used by the staff member B). How to deal the telephone call is indicated in the background color of the screen, such as by yellow, to give a message to the party, blue is to transfer the telephone call to the person in charge, red is to decline the business calmly, and the like. If a report is required, in the case of message, for example, it is notified to the person in charge by electronic mail, immediately after the end of the call whether the message has been transported to the opposite party and the like.
