PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of identifying defects of a participant with high reliability by avoiding defects of prior arts and improving a data transmission method of a form mentioned at the beginning of the description. SOLUTION: A central participant sets a predetermined entry to a position of a telegram corresponding to at least one second participant, and at least the second participant inserts data to be transmitted to the central participant to the telegram in a way that the entry set by the central participant is partially overwritten.
