PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of information transmitted in a wireless section. SOLUTION: A reception section 52 receives a prescribed identification number from a terminal device. A storage section 40 stores a plurality of combinations of identification numbers and voice data. A selection section 38 selects voice data corresponding to the identification number received by the radio section 32 from the plurality of combinations stored in the storage section 40. A wired section 44 transmits the voice data selected by the selection section 38 to a communication device as an object of communication with the terminal device through a network.
