PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of increasing the opening rate of an organic electroluminescent luminous display device by decreasing the surface area of a capacitor and a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is characterized by including semiconductor layer patterns each provided on the upper sections of a substrate which are divided into a first region and a second region; insulating films which are provided on the upper section of the entire surface including the semiconductor layer patterns, and are more thinly formed on a part of the first region and the second region than the central section of the semiconductor patterns in the first region; and conductive patterns provided at the central section of the semiconductor layer patterns provided in the first region and the upper section of the semiconductor layer pattern in the second region.
