摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distilled plum liquor having fruity fragrance of plum, free from sugars and good for health and provide a method for producing the liquor. <P>SOLUTION: Conventional plum liquor is produced by immersing plum fruits in an aqueous solution of an alcohol and sugar and extracting the active components of the plum fruit represented by organic acids and, accordingly, the liquor contains a large amount of sugars in addition to the active component of plum fruit. In the method of the invention, an ordinary plum liquor or a plum liquor containing immersed plum fruit and/or plum stone left as a by-product of a plum liquor production process is used as a starting liquor, the starting liquor is diluted with water to an alcohol content of 10-15% and the diluted liquor is distilled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
