PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having an integrated heat bypass valve. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises an inlet port, an outlet port, a header, a plurality of cooling tubes, and a heat bypass valve which are formed integral with each other. The heat bypass valve is installed in the header and so designed that, when the temperature of a fluid is lower than a target fluid temperature, limits the flow of the fluid passing the cooling tube of the heat exchanger. The heat bypass valve comprises a valve element movable so as to limit or not limit the flow of the fluid between first and second operation modes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
