PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily obtain a surface structure of a floor having high strength, with its height adjusted in precision, and the like. SOLUTION: In the floor structure 1, a thread component 30, of which the hexagon part of a hexagon bolt 31 is welded with a plate material 32, is screwed into an anchor 21 placed in slab concrete 90, and a floor joist 12 is a flat bar is welded with the plate material 32. Non-shrink mortar 8 is filled up between the floor joist 12 and the slab concrete 90, and a stainless steel floor material 11 is welded with the floor joist 12. Clearance below the floor material 11 is sealed by plasma welding. Consequently, it is easy to adjust the floor height in precision by rotating the thread component 30 when engaged, and placing a scale on the plate material 32.
