PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively perform marine transport of a slit caisson. SOLUTION: This sealing device 1 of an opening part 21 is composed of a cover body 11 positioned outside a casing 20 of the slit caisson 2 and blocking up the opening part 21 arranged in this casing 20, a locking member 12 positioned inside the casing 20 so as to be opposed to this cover body 11, and a pair of link members 13 and 13 for connecting both in a parallel link shape. The reverse surface side of the cover body 11 is provided with a packing material 14 for watertightly blocking up this opening part 21 by being brought into pressure contact with a casing outer wall surface 22 around the opening part 21. Both left-right sides of the locking member 12 is provided with an energizing means such as an elastic hollow member 15 for pressing the cover body 11 to the opening part 21 side by swelling by interposing between the member and a casing inner wall surface 23.
