PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CNF resin composite material having good valance of strength, modulus and thermal conductivity. SOLUTION: The CNF resin composite material has a structure including coaxially parallel multi-wall carbon nano-fibers in shapes of stacked cylinders of carbon nets having substantially parallel cylinder side faces, and cup stacked carbon nano-fibers in shapes of coaxially stacked many layers of carbon net layers forming bottom-less cup shapes, dispersed in a resin matrix.
