PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactive polyurethane resin-based one-pack adhesive exhibiting excellent initial adhesive strength regardless of used environment within a short time, and having sufficiently long possible time or the like for adhesion. SOLUTION: The reactive polyurethane resin-based one-pack adhesive comprises polyurethane resins having isocyanate groups derived from tolylenediisocyanate at the terminals, an organic solvent and a polymethylenepolyphenylpolyisocyanate or a carbodiimidized diphenylmethanepolyisocyanate. The polyurethane resins are obtained by reacting the tolylenediisocyanate with a compound having a two or more active hydrogen atoms-containing group, and the equivalent proportions of the isocyanate groups possessed by the tolylenediisocyanate based on the active hydrogen atom-containing groups of the compound having the two or more active hydrogen atoms-containing group are 1.05-1.10 and 1.15-1.50 respectively.
