PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflux condenser equipped polymerizer wherein a trouble of foaming in the polymerizer is prevented to allow a stable operation even when the rate of heat removed in the condenser is increased and to provide a method for producing a high-quality polymer by the polymerizer. SOLUTION: The reflux condenser equipped polymerizer has in its vapor phase an agitation blade for spattering a monomer condensed in the condenser and returned to the polymerizer over the surface of the liquid contents.
