PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and sure automatic injection medicine dispenser capable of dispensing injection medicine to a tray divided into every application section of a patient and easily recognizing the application sections. SOLUTION: The automatic injection medicine dispenser for taking out the injection medicine housed in a plurality of injection medicine supply cassettes from the supply cassettes 2 according to prescriptions of the respective patients and dispensing prescribed injection medicines is provided with a master tray 7 for housing one dose of the injection medicine to be dispensed and a slave tray 10 to which the one dose of the injection medicine to the patient is to be dispensed in the master tray 7. Dovetail grooves are formed on the inner surfaces of at least a pair of wall surfaces of the master tray 7, flange parts 53 corresponding to the dovetail grooves of the master tray 7 are formed on the outer surfaces of the opposing wall surfaces of the slave tray 10, the flange parts 53 of the slave tray 10 are inserted into the dovetail grooves 51 of the master tray 7, and the slave tray 10 is fixed to the master tray 7.
