PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing snack having high content of protein using seafood, an accessory protein and starch as raw materials. SOLUTION: The snack is produced by mixing raw materials comprising 35-50 wt.% seafood paste, 35-50 wt.% accessory protein and 0-30 wt.% starch, heating, kneading and extruding the raw material mixture by biaxial extruder, obtaining a dough, drying the dough and subsequently flying the dough.
