<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing-order control method which can generate clear printed matter in structured document processing. <P>SOLUTION: In the printing-order control method of a printing device having a structured document printing function and an integrated or double-sided printing function, printing order is controlled based on relativity between documents. When the structured documents are printed, the documents are obtained by following the relativity. Then, the related structured documents are divided into groups, and then printing is made in units of groups.
