<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for conductive materials for forming a conductive layer having improved carrier-transporting performance, to provide a conductive material having improved carrier-transporting performance obtained by using the composition for conductive materials, to provide a conductive layer mainly made of the conductive material, and to provide a reliable electronic device and electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for conductive materials contains a compound expressed by a general expression (1). In the expression, X<SP>1</SP>, X<SP>2</SP>, X<SP>3</SP>, and X<SP>4</SP>indicate a substitution group expressed by a specific expression, and may be the same or different; eight R's indicate a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, or an ethyl group, and may be the same or different; and Y indicates a group containing at least one aromatic series hydrocarbon ring after substitution or non-substitution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
