<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system capable of reducing an economic burden on a taxi company, and to provide a receipt issuing device used therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This receipt issuing device issuing a fare receipt of a taxi has: a storage means storing fare data and vehicle operation information; an extraction means extracting prescribed fare data and/or operation information of a prescribed period from the storage means on the basis of an input instruction; a conversion means two-dimensionally coding the extracted operation information; and a printing means printing the extracted fare data and/or the coded operation information.
