<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch which is capable of easily forming a new opening part after taking out contents, and easily cleaned and dried. <P>SOLUTION: The pouch 1 is formed of a flexible base material, and the pouch 1 comprises a first unsealing part 2 to take out contents therefrom and a second unsealing part 3 opened at the position different from the first unsealing part 2. One end 3a of the second unsealing part 3 is located on the line of the first unsealing part 2 or close to the first unsealing part 2.
