DEVICE FOR FOCUSING LASER BEAM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve positioning of a focal point in the beam direction at high speed while preventing undesirable vibration of a device.

SOLUTION: A second telescope device 7 equipped with a first lens 8 and a second lens 9 disposed behind it is disposed ahead of a first telescope device 3 in the diverging beam pathway. The first lens 8 and/or the second lens 9 of the second telescope device 7 are made movable in the beam direction relatively with respect to each other.
