PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reductions in radiation noises caused by a common mode current in a power converter and in the size and cost of the power converter. SOLUTION: An inverter device 1 is separated into a rectifier module 3 and an inverter module 5, and individual radiating devices 6a, 6b are provided for each of the modules and are connected with each other through an impedance element 20. With this constitution, a common mode current as a radiation noise source always runs through the impedance element 20. Thus, the element 20 can reduce a peak value of the common mode current.
