PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electronic equipment in which a cap hardly comes off and attachment and detachment are easy. SOLUTION: The small electronic equipment is provided with an external connector 12 exposed from an aperture 11 provided in a case 1 and a cap 2 for closing the aperture 11. The cap 2 is provided with a shank 24 provided protruding from the main body and a coming-off stop part 25 having an oblong shape, and is pivotally supported to the case 1 rotatably with the shank 24 penetrating through an installation hole 13 of vertical long shape provided in the case 1. In a first rotating posture in which the cap 2 closes the aperture 11, the long side direction of the coming-off stop part 25 and the long side direction of the installation hole 13 cross each other and the coming-off stop part 25 and the rear face of the case 1 are overlapped with a large facing area, and in a second rotating posture in which the cap 2 is rotated clockwise for 90 degrees from the first rotating posture, the long side direction of the coming-off stop part 25 and the long side direction of the installation hole 13 coincide and the coming-off stop part 25 and the rear face of the case 1 are overlapped with a small facing area, thereby engagement and detachment of the cap 2 becomes possible.
