PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily and accurately execute an alignment of a master disk for transfer and an object to be transferred, in a manufacturing method of a transfer body using a plurality of sets of a holding member and transfer master disk. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the transfer body for transferring the information on the-surface of the master disk 10 for transfer to the object 20 to be transferred by arranging the object 20 to be transferred, in a close contact state, on a surface of the master disk 10 for transfer held with the holding member 30, a plurality of combinations of the holding member 30 and master disk 10 for transfer are prepared, and an absolute opposite position of the master disk 10 for transfer to the object 20 to be transferred is detected for every combination, and the opposite position of the object 20 to be transferred, to the master disk 10 for transfer is decided on the basis of a result of the above detection, and also the opposite position is fixed so that the object 20 to be transferred is arranged at the fixed opposite position.
