PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly remove the blockage of a nozzle when the nozzle is blocked with a hydrate in a hydrate-producing apparatus by jetting water from the nozzle into a reaction tank and introducing a natural gas. SOLUTION: Two nozzles 14A and 14B are arranged at the upper part of the reaction tank 12, and pipes 19A and 19B branched from a water-circulating line 18 are connected to the nozzles 14A and 14B. Pressure gauges 44A and 44B, and opening and closing valves 46A and 46B are installed in the pipes 19A and 19B. Heaters 48A and 48B are installed in the surroundings of the nozzles 14A and 14B. When the opening and closing valve 46A is opened and the water is jetted from the nozzle 14A, the opening and closing valve 46B is closed. When the nozzle 14A is blocked with the hydrate, and the pressure of the pressure gauge 44A is higher than the prescribed value, the opening and closing valve 46A is closed and the nozzle 14A is heated with the heater 48A. As a result, the hydrate blocking the nozzle A is decomposed. The productivity is prevented from being lowered by opening the opening and closing valve 46B to switch the nozzle 14A to nozzle 14B.
