PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction tool mounting device of a spectacle lens capable of confirming existence of a hidden mark and a paint provided on the spectacle lens and automatically determining their positions in the case when there is the hidden mark and a suction tool mounting position determining method of the spectacle lens. SOLUTION: An installing position of a suction tool 121 on the spectacle lens is found by specifying the positions of the hidden mark and the paint of the spectacle lens arranged on a pacing base by carrying out a binarization process and a noise removal process of a picture image inside of an opening part 141 picked up by a CCD camera 105 and superimposing and displaying a cross line and a straight line on the picture image of the spectacle lens as markers at a mounting position found from the detected positions.
