PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air direct-injection type dish drier, reducing the time required for drying tableware, and decreasing the required energy due to reduction in required time. SOLUTION: In this hot air direct-injection type dish drier, hot air heated by a heater is directly sprayed to the wet tableware to spring out water drops, and simultaneously the tableware and water adhering to the tableware are directly heated.
