<p>A large balloon made of latex is difficult to be filled with helium because of its wide opening. Tying a knot or putting on a clip prevent the reuse of the helium when released. The new design of a latex balloon comes with a matching cap provided with an inlet valve or a two-way valve in order to be precisely filled and to release the helium for reuse after compression.</p> |
