The arrangement has a plastic part (3) with a through bore (4) in which a sleeve (5) is accommodated through which a screw (2) protrudes into a counter bore (11) in the supporting part and an attachment arrangement for connected to the supporting part. The screw head has a stop ring (7) and is arranged on the other side of the plastic part from the supporting part. The plastic part has at least one web (8) protruding above the surface of the plastic part on at least one side of the through bore, whereby the axial thickness of the plastic part without the web is smaller than the length of the sleeve.
