FIELD: oil industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: centrifugal foam suppressor comprises housing with cylindrical and conical sections, charging branch pipe, cylindrical grate mounted with a spaced relation to the cylindrical section of the housing, and branch pipe for discharging air and product with slime. The foam suppressor is additionally provided with the shaft mounted at the axis of symmetry of the housing and is provided with sprayer and squeezing member having the spiral ribs oriented in opposite directions in the sprayer and squeezing member. The shaft is connected with the electric motor through the reduction gear, the sprayer is mounted in the cylindrical section of the housing, and the conical section of the housing receives the conical grate for permitting the squeezing member to rotate inside the conical grate. The sprayer and squeezing member are mounted with a spaced relation to the cylindrical and conical grates, respectively. The diameter of the openings in the cylindrical grate is 0.7 of the averaged diameter of the foam babble, and the diameter of the openings in the conical grate is equal to 0.4 of the averaged diameter of the foam babble. ^ EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities. ^ 3 dwg |
