FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of wafer-based products, such as wafers, candies, wafer tortes, ice-cream, etc. ^ SUBSTANCE: wafer-based composition containing traditional number of components is further complemented with biologically active substances in the form of complex consisting of thirteen vitamins: A, D, K, E, B1, B2, PP, B5, B6, Bc, B12, C, H, and also lactose and Omega-3 fatty acids.
