FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with microbiological laboratory diagnostics to detect biorhythms of bacteria isolated from patients and compare them with biorhythms of standard nonhospital strains of the present bacterial type; calculations should be fulfilled by certain formulas. Analysis of biorhythms should be conducted by the period of bacterial reproductive activity, frequency of rhythm, measure, amplitude of bacterial reproductive activity and acrophase. In case of incompatibility in biorhythms of isolated bacterial strain against those in standard nonhospital strain, one should consider the isolated strains to be hospital.
