PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of effectively preventing the interception of data between a client and a server, illegitimate invasion to the client and the server, and the extraction of data in the case of carrying out electronic commercial transactions.

SOLUTION: A commercial transaction system adopting a client and server configuration and utilizing the Internet prevents the extraction of personal information not only from communications but also from a computer and the illegitimate use of the system by encrypting a protocol on a transport layer for use in communication and managing personal information as encrypted personal information without decrypting the personal information at all except for last ordering processing.
