<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wiggling of a resin in a resin molded object made by integrally molding the resin with respect to a plate. <P>SOLUTION: The resin molded object comprises the plate having a plurality of through-holes and the resin partially extended into the through-holes. The resin has a recess opening at least to one principal plane of the plate. In a first cross section including the through-holes which is vertical to the principal plane of the plate, the plate has a first portion 107 surrounded by the resin and a second portion 108 which faces the first portion 107 in the extending direction of the first portion 107.
