PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of attaining synchronization even when a telegram including synchronizing information causes a transmission error by avoiding defects of prior arts and improving a synchronization method of a form mentioned at the beginning of the description.

SOLUTION: Composite synchronizing information is formed from synchronizing information items of at least two telegrams and used for synchronizing a second participant with a central participant.
