PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method, and an image processing program capable of carrying out illegitimate copy prevention processing similarly to the case with copy operations even if no scanner correction processing is available like print operations. SOLUTION: A stored-text-information acquiring unit acquires image information and collateral information, wherein the collateral information includes illegitimate-copy-detection information that indicates whether or not the image information is an illegitimate copy, a stored-text-information managing unit 303 stores the image information acquired by the stored-text-information acquiring unit and the collateral information in cross-reference with each other, and an image information output unit outputs the image information in a discrimination disabled state when the illegitimate-copy-detection information included in the collateral information stored by the stored-text-information managing unit 303 stores a fact of an illegitimate copy.
