PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the operation of a multichannel amplifier IC or a multichannel amplifier IC-mounted substrate. SOLUTION: The multichannel amplifier IC 20 is configured by a plurality of electric charge detecting circuits, and a multiplexer 24. The electric charge detecting circuits consisting of an input terminal T<SB>L</SB>; an electric charge detector consisting of a charge amplifier 21, a low-pass filter 22, and a sample and hold circuit 23; a wiring section 26 for inputting a test signal between the input terminal T<SB>L</SB>and the charge amplifier 21; and a switch SW for switching a state where the test signal can be inputted between the input terminal T<SB>L</SB>and the charge amplifier 21, and a state where the test signal cannot be input. The multiplexer 24 outputs only the output selected from among the plurality of electric charge detecting circuits. Only the SW of each Ch is turned on in a state where the test signal is input into the multichannel amplifier IC 20, to confirm that only the Ch has output corresponding to the test signal.
