PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time until finish of recording, and save on memory capacity. SOLUTION: A CCD 16 outputs a photographing image in a 1st timing, and a black image is outputted in a 2nd timing which appears after the 1st timing. The photographed image outputted in the 1st timing, is written in a SDRAM 30 by a controller 20a, and read out by a controller 22c in the 2nd timing. A subtraction circuit 22a performs subtraction processing to an original image read out from the SDRAM 30 and the black image outputted from the CCD 16, and outputs photographed image of deleted noise as an NR (Noise Reduction) image. A controller 22d overwrites the NR image on the photographed image stored in the SDRAM 30. After the NR image stored in the SDRAM 30 is signal processed and compressed in a signal processing circuit 26 and a JPEG CODEC 42, it is recorded in a recording medium 38.
