PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely specify a caller by reproducing various kinds of incoming voice even if an incoming data reproducing function is not added to a communication terminal. SOLUTION: An exchange 13 is provided with: a line connection means 132 for forcibly connecting a communication line between a communication terminal 11 on the origination side and a communication terminal 12 on the termination side; an incoming voice registration means 133 for registering incoming voice to be transmitted to the communication terminal 12 on the termination side; an incoming voice extraction means 134 for extracting the registered incoming voice; and an incoming voice transmitting means 135 for transmitting the incoming voice to the communication terminal 12 on the termination side when a line between the communication terminal 11 on the origination side and the communication terminal 12 on the termination side is connected.
