PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver mounted with a program guide, for preventing a hindrance caused in a viewing / video recording schedule of a user when a broadcast form of a series program differs from that of an ordinary program. SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiver mounted with the program guide includes: a reception means for receiving a broadcast signal; a signal conversion means for outputting the received broadcast signal to a display apparatus; an entry means for entering various commands of program selection or the like; a storage means for storing program information; and a control means that generates an EPG on the basis of the program information stored in the storage means, displays the generated EPG on the display apparatus as the EPG menu, displays a series program information list wherein programs are processed as a group on the same screen as the EPG menu, displays the series information on the series program information list when the program focused on the EPG menu is the series program, compares the standard program information of the series program with the program information of each of the times, and displays a different part with emphasis when either of a broadcast start time and a broadcast end time of the program of each of the times differs from a standard time.
