PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connector which cannot be easily separated, and when it is separated, the separated trace can be verified. SOLUTION: The electrical connector 10 consists of a plug connector 12 and a socket connector 14. The plug connector 12 includes a housing 18 having an insertion hole 18c. The socket connector 14 includes a housing 24, a clip 28 and a coupling portion 30 formed of a material and in a shape, which can be cut. By having the plug connector 12 fitted to the socket connector 13 and the clip 28 inserted in the insertion hole 18c, the connector is used. Once the clip 28 is inserted in the insertion hole 18c, the engagement will not be released, unless at least one of the clip 28 and the clip insertion hole 18c breaks. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
