PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum dryer capable of preventing inclusion of imperfectly dried matter to dried matter. SOLUTION: This drum dryer comprises a pair of heating drums 1 and 1 juxtaposed through a clearance and rotated toward the clearance, in which matter to be treated W is rolled by the heating drums 1 and 1 and made into sheet-like worked matter adhered on the drum surfaces with drying. This dryer further comprises a pair of movement limiting members 2 and 2 for limiting the movement of the material W supplied to the upper part of the clearance of the heating drums 1 and 1 toward the drum end side. The limiting members 2 and 2 are arranged so that the circumferential surfaces of the heating drums 1 and 1 are located on both the axial sides of the drums. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
