PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anionic electrodeposition coating which generates a reduced amount of formaldehyde from a coating film at the time of baking and is excellent in chemical resistance and low-temperature curability. SOLUTION: The anionic electrodeposition coating comprises a composite particle (A), as a contained component, composed of at least one selected from among an epoxy resin, an oxazoline group-containing resin and a carbodiimide group-containing resin (a<SB>1</SB>) and a polyurethane resin and/or a polyurea resin as a covering component (a<SB>2</SB>), and a carboxy group-containing resin (B).
