PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a disk-shape recording medium holer which mounts a plurality of disk-shaped recording mediums by connecting them with magnetic absorption so that dirt is hardly stuck on the surface of the disk-shaped recording medium. SOLUTION: In the present invention, a main body unit 22 which can be used as a disk-shaped recording medium holer independently is finished by joining the retaining member 25 of the disk-shaped recording medium, which is in the state that a magnetic member M is mounted in the member 25, and a side wall member 24 in the state that a cover fitting ditch 29 can be produced, and moreover the main body unit 22 is made a disk-shaped recording medium holder 21 by attaching a cover member 23 which covers the side surface of the medium to the cover fitting ditch 29 to be freely attachable and detachable. Moreover, the cover part may be formed integrally with the main body unit. Furthermore, an elastic tongue piece 25c with which the center hole of the recording medium can be engaged to be freely attachable and detachable may be provided in the retaining member 25.
