PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel superior in moisture resistance. SOLUTION: The radiation image conversion panel 1 on which support body 2, stimulable phosphor layer 3 in alkali halide group is formed into a columnar shape by a gas layer growth method is provided. The total concentration of impurity of alkali metals and alkali-earth metals, other than the phosphor parent body contained in the stimulable phosphor layer 3, is≥0.01 and≤100 ppm or lower.
