Rotary piston engine (28) has an axle (20), which is the axle of exhaust-gas turbocharger (12,16) for an internal combustion engine (10). The axle (20) is pivoted in a casing with an inner peripheral surface, an inlet and an outlet. The inlet is connected with a supply channel (42) for supply of air and the outlet is connected with an output channel for dispensing of compressed air.
