The carrying aid comprises an upright part (10) and horizontal part (20) wherein the upright part has a handle (12) at the top and the horizontal part (20) has a stop (21) on the outside whilst the inside forms a contact bearing surface (211) for the transport strap. The upright part is formed by two columns whose insides are each formed by the edges of two plates spaced from one another and containing upper and lower inclined faces to form a support point (11) inbetween.
