<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed air drying apparatus capable of carrying out sufficiently function of regeneration operation and unload of an air compressor in the case of regeneration action of the compressed air drying apparatus. SOLUTION: A check valve 10 installed in a base member is constituted so as to make a ball valve 12 possible to swing in an inner pit 11 to which a channel 891 connecting to a spring chamber and a channel 892 connecting to a gas discharge channel 891 are opened, insert it into a position of the channel 891 at which the ball valve is brought into contact with a valve seat 15 and support it by a holding member 13 from the lower side. The holding member 13 has a slit 14 formed at a portion where the ball valve 12 is held and has a channel 131 adjacently touching the slit 14 and a channel 132 allowing the channel 131 to communicate with the channel 892. When flow is generated in the direction from the channel 892 to the channel 891, pressure is generated in the channel 131 side owing to the slit 14 to push up the ball valve 12 and bring the ball valve into contact with the valve seat 15 to shut the channel 891 and the channel 892 from each other.</p> |
