A multilayered structure on piezoelectric layers includes internal electrodes (2,3) fitted between the layers and set up to make two-way collateral contact with external electrodes (4,5). Individually produced sectional piezoelectric actuators (7-9) are connected in series in a piezoelectric actuator's direction of flow transferred (6) so as to achieve a larger structural length. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing a piezoelectric actuator. |
